VTB North West shares will be converted into VTB stocks at a 1:361 ratio.

The coefficient when folding VTB North West (former Industrial Construction Bank) into VTB will be 1:361, VTB said in a statement. During stock swap procedures a share of VTB North West with Rub 1.00 par value will be exchanged for 361 shares of VTB with Rub 0.01 par value each. VTB owns a 75% stake in VTB North West, with around 25% held by minority shareholders. For dissident shareholders the buyout price for VTB shares will be Rub 0.136, i.e. the lenders IPO price.
